The police weren't notified of her disapperance until a MONTH later by her grandmother. It has been reported that the grandmother stated the the trunk of her daughter Casey's (Caylee's mother) car smelt of a dead body. Casey was brought to jail with charges of first degree murder in October 2008. There was much evidence found that pointed to the child's own mother as the killer and although Caylee's body had not been found yet she was still sentenced. On December 11th a meter reader was relieving himself in the woods and spotted a trash bag. He kicked the trash bag and a human skull rolled out of it. He immediately contacted the police and the police came and recovered it. The findings of the bones were only fifteen houses away from the Anthony home. After a study of the remains they were found to be those of Caylee Marie Anthony. So sad and horrific that the life of this precious INNOCENT child would be taken at the hands of her own mother and for what reason, only God knows. Rest little sweet one, God has you now, your safe, no more to suffer. Update: Thursday, December 11, 2008 he skeletal remains of a small child were found Thursday near the home of missing Orlando girl Caylee Anthony's family. The water meter reader reportedly picked up the bag and a small skull rolled out that sources say strongly resembled that of a little girl.
