Philadelphia police are asking for the public’s help to find a missing mentally handicapped Southwest Philadelphia woman. Yolanda Williams has not been seen for days. Sergeant Charles Leyton from Southwest Detectives says she did not leave her house on the 5000 block of Chestnut Street alone: “She's also missing with her two children. One is four years of age and one is a year old. Mrs. Williams is mentally handicapped and she is provided a caretaker. That caretaker has not seen her or her children since Monday and we are very concerned about their well being.” Sergeant Leyton says the caretaker has to remind Mrs. Williams to feed the children. She is described as an African American woman last seen wearing a sweater and black pants, black shoes and a black wig. One-year-old Jovan was wearing jeans with a yellow and blue Nike shirt. Kayla is wearing a white and pink shirt with matching Reebok sneakers. Anyone with information is asked to call Philadelphia police. www.kyw1060.com/pages/37843.php
